Experiencing 2 ‘inconvenience’ bugs with 5-1 this evening.

I cannot build terminals in planning mode (and sometimes in reg mode) on any floor except 0. (I made sure there was a terminal block below to make sure)

Placing zones lags dreadfully. I tested several locations, and even just 1 tile and it pauses, then goes to the dreaded spinning wheel, then pauses, then lays the zone, then pauses, then releases . It’s impossible to build with that- Going back to 5 (?) so I can build tonight.
