What is the count on your Runway? And what is its repair condition?

By count do you mean flights in pattern? And I repair runway daily, so lowest ever was 60%

Maybe it would be worth switching them and forcing the player to research emergency units first as a pre-requisite to getting a commercial licence. Would make sense, no real airport would be granted an operating licence without showing they could deal with the emergencies.

playerDifficultySetting:0
determines the amount of emergencies I think, so you want to ramp that up.

All hand carry baggage is unknown even after security. is this intended?

I seem to remember a discussion about baggage claim being allowed in secure zones - but apparently that’s still forbidden. Did that idea get scrapped?

When I launch the game on Mac OS it doesn’t give me the options window to rescale the sizes and select the quality anymore like it used to. How do I open that window first?

No. You can place it in secure or outside secured. Unless something changed in A36.
