how do I get my airport staff to start boarding planes on time? it seems all my airport staff show up to board right at the time of departure.
There are a couple of things you could check:
How is your airport shaped? (can you share a daytime picture which shows the zones)
Do they have to walk long distances?
Do you have staff rooms near the boarding desks, so within the secure area?
Do you have enough airport staff, so you have spare staff to do a shift change?
Do you have a small security station for staff only? (optional, but helps to get staff quickly into secure zones, note that you then also have to set the rest of the security stations to PAX only, so personnel doesn’t queue up between PAX)
Are you on experimental branch because there is a issue with it.
