I think it could be beneficial to designate how many ramp agents are to service a stand for flights, much like how we can designate how many are assigned to each side of the baggage bays or how many staff to check-in desks. I think the current amount is good, but maybe being able to add 1 or 2 more would make the difference in the few minutes of delays I am seeing.
