every time I load the game the baggage count at the bottom always seems to be 0. the passenger seems to be right but the baggage count is 0. not sure if its a bug or that’s just how it works
Do your baggage system becomes disabled when you load the save game?
no its still active but always shows zero
Can you come to official AirportCEO Discord group, find me and send me save file? I personally want to check.

File a bug report from the in-game menu and the Dec’s will look at it when they get a chance. 
Also out of curiosity did you start your save before or after the latest patch?
