Just looking through your screenshots looking for your Franchises. They seem very small for the number of PAX you are getting through your airport. Also, the cafes and restaurants need seating - most of the PAX will want to sit and eat before leaving the cafe - I think having the seating there increases the likelihood that PAX will visit the cafe.
I think that the Devs need to take a leaf out of the book of that other game - they have ‘cafes’ that look like take-away kiosks - another alternative for the ‘get a quick bite’ and a focus for those PAX who don’t want to sit and eat in a full cafe or restaurant.
