The terminal has a 2nd floor and somehow the builders can’t construct and reach the objects. There is an escalator going up but they still doesn’t recognize it. The picture of the terminal is attached.

The only problem I can imagine is, that there are no constructors deployed. Because, this always worked.
If you have deployed them, it should work.
Work around: press F10 and uncheck the box with simulate construction and material for a moment… And then magic. Hope I could help.
PS: if constructors are deployed, then you should send a bug report.
Almost every time when I build I got the problem with the red icons, however they still build everything (just very slowly). Have reported it before.
Is your problem the same, just showing red icons but still building, or did they completely stop and don’t build anymore?

BTW if you dont want to wait for things to be built you can press F10 and turn off “Simulate Construction” and everything will build instantly. This is what I use.
