Doesn’t seem to matter how many sales a business gets in my airport, they always fail and close. I have had customers lined up outside the business, sales averaging 4:1 with what is contracted and it will still close.
Anyone else?
Maybe lose the contracted sales and just have the business stay open if you sign a contract. ?
All business close at the end of the contract. This mechanic will be updated and I’m sure we will see auto renewal of contracts that are successful
I currently use the businesses only as a source of rental income, the failure of the contract is a cost of being in the rental business, imho.
