I have been wanting to put a runway on top of another one but I can’t when the game was first out I was able to do it but now I can’t? Can somebody pls explain?
Runway intersections are not possible. Not sure when it was possible but at least not since large runways are implemented.
Except when you edit the savegame files manually, then you can replace objects at own risk.

You can as a visual illusion, use concrete/asphault tiles (or taxiway foundation) to extend the length to appear crossing
