I love this game. the only thing that I don’t like is when I set up a store or food shop the contract expires in a few days. is there a way to do it by the year?

Unfortunately the contracts are indeed set for X days at the moment and that can not be changed also not through modding. But there are several ideas being discussed, one is to have an auto renew function for example. Please check the ideas section if you want to know the ideas of the community and the feature voting section for the upcoming to be voted for new features. You can always add new ideas or features in the feature voting section.
