Codeshares for Stands and Lounges
Description:
This has come up before with respect to lounges but wouldn’t it be nice if you get set lounges and stands to accept specific groups of airlines rather that the current ‘one vs all’ set up. So just for an example: Maple, Forest, and Penguin would all be able to use the same five gates without needing to individually assign while at the same time being able to have their passengers all utilize one lounge. Think of it as a Skyteam/Oneworld/Star Alliance set up.
Why it should be implemented:
I’m not a game designer so apologies if I’m off base but I figure it’d be a relatively simple to way improve realism while also solving an issue that sometimes occurs with the autoplanner not maxing out the schedule and leaving openings. In particular I see this when I assign multiple stands to one airline.
