Complaint Bubbles

I have multiple complaint bubbles above employees and it looks like a little security icon What is this for and how to fix it.

I’d guess they cannot find a secure way to where they want to be. Can you show your airport with zones enabled please?

You need to zone that area, where you have staff zone, as secure zone as well! Whenever you change a zone, there needs to be security stations and security exits to enable employees to change zone.
