Contractor Problem

Hello,

I have had APCEO for a while and decided to start playing again. While I can figure most things out I have been having trouble with deploying my contractors. I signed a contract with Berkeley and after that I hit the deploy all button to start construction. I have been waiting for a while and none are here. What am I doing wrong?

Does your workers stop accessible via road? Game is not on pause? Did you use any mods? Is it completely a new game or did you alternate something?

Also a picture of game would be useful.

Maybe weird; but try a save / reload, who knows, maybe something is stuck.
