Anyway to have airport entrance and exit on both sides of a runway and have a option to have it be able to cross it onto the other runway as most airports do that for handling arrivals and departures at the same time.

Well firstly most airports won’t have it on opposite ends secondly you are able to do that to a certain extent just have the security exits on the other side of the airport. Furthermore This wouldn’t really work with attached stands however would be a nice idea with remote ones as pax could be picked up from one terminal and dropped off to another.
