Does a bus stop or car drop-off point count as a sidewalk?

Hello everyone,

Basically, do I have to have a sidewalk between my terminal building’s door and the bus stop or car drop-off point, or can I build them right in front of a terminal door?

If I do, and I build an adjacent sidewalk that leads to other car drop-off points, will that be ok? Will pedestrians (who don’t walk over grass) still be able to move as you’d expect? Or won’t they be able to get from the drop-off points via the sidewalk and bus stop to the terminal building’s door, because there is no direct sidewalk connection to the door?

There is a very single line sidewalk on the roads/bus stop and car drop offs, however it will cause quite a bit of a traffic jam of pedestrians moving.
