Bring on the freighters!
Include not only just cargo aircraft but a designated cargo ramp area, cargo hanger that requires either street side access or access by the service road, new vehicles set such as a cargo elevator, and of course more ramp rats to load the whole thing up. You could fill the cargo hanger with a vendor contract to bring in packages plus an airline contract to fly them out, or all on one contract requiring the aforementioned in place (hanger, ramp, vehicles) to accept.
This has already been asked for very many times. I would add this post to the earlier topics. Though this would be amazing, but I don’t think it will happen
