Fix flight's?

Can the flight times and destinations be fixed? Even for modded airlines?
ATM, GA fly all over the world kinda.
A GA flight does not take 4 hours and fly from Madrid to Copenhagen for example.
And a commercial flight from Copenhagen to Stockholm for example, does not take 4 hours.
Is it just 3 or 4 random data that it pics from or is it there a system?

Also, can this power be placed in the modding community? When they create airlines.
Like i modded in a local airline that exists only in my country and they fly locally, maybe one or two charted flights outside of the country. It does not fly ATR’s to the other side of the world

I’m totally agree for this request. I have built an aiport on Costa de Azahar, and majority of the flights come from Africa, Iran, Russia or Greenland, and several of the aiports are regional or not operational for comercial flights as flight with B752 from to Akureyri (North of Iceland) to my airport. It possible to create a common aiport base to connect our airport to the world is? or to get the possibility to choose the aiports?
