So flags. They are animated depending on the wind. Airline logos(as flags maybe) countries… Ads or billboards with airlines. So airlines have ads which you can put in your airport and they pay you maybe.
I think from top down view, nothing much can be seen and people won’t bother to place things that they cannot see in details.
