On March we traveled from London Stansted to Rome Ciampino by berlin airlines. The flight was delayed by nearly 6hrs, the crew gave us various reasons, first, it was staffing issues, the captain missed the take-off and later they told us the delay was due to adverse weather. They sent us an email confirmation that the flight was delayed.
We submitted compensation form to Ryanair airlines and they told us that the delay was due to adverse weather and so no compensation will be offered to us which is a lie.
