Idea: Recreational rooms for pilots and flight crew/handling of flights

I wonder, why we missed out the turnarounds for flight crews. A service vehicle could pick them up, ship them to recreational rooms until their departure and this could be a service needed for larger flights like intercontinental ones. In that case, stands for parking the plane overnight would be a requirement as well. Like after unboarding, the plane will be shuttled to a ‘parking lot’, where the ramp agents can do their thing undisturbed. Flight crew leaves the plane there and goes to a dedicated room to rest and sleep. When the flight is activated again, the crew will board, drive to the stand at the terminal and wait for baggage and passengers before take-off.

Feature request title: Flight and Cabin crew Description: Flight and cabin crew traversing the airport is a very common sight at every airport around the world. Also crew falling ill or unable to attend for duty would cause other complications etc. Why it should be implemented: Flight and cabin crew going to and from the airplane would add a lot of realism. Feature request title: Flight crew swap/change Description: When a plane arrives the crew should be swapped / changed. That would also mean that we should be able to create / change the crews clothing like with liveries, so it can be changed according to the airlines colouring. This will probably need to be developed together with the family option, so crew will stick together while moving over the airport.
