I have flashes of path issues on cargo bays and sometimes a stand or two. Anybody else seen this issue?
There are a few flaws with the current system that in some configurations can cause this, what does your conveyor belt layout look like?
I found the pathing issue. Was a 1 block wide missing secure zone. When the employee that claimed the job was on the wrong side of the break it would flash, when they happened to be on the right one it worked fine. All is well now.
