Is there a way to make a taxiway across another runway, or to taxi from one runway to another?

PS - Sorry if I put this into the wrong topic
look where I circled, small planes landing on 09L cross the middle part over 09R, and medium planes landing on 09R, cross the end point over 09L, I’m assuming this is what you are talking about? Planes landing on one runway, and then crossing over another to get to a gate or the reverse, crossing a runway to get to another runway from the gate

I’ve noticed that when there is another path around, planes will prefer that one instead those who cross the runway. Even when it takes much longer.
