What determines the rating of a lounge?
Hey! Lounges do not have any internal ratings, instead they affect the number of negotiation points you have for a certain airline contract. Having lounges also affect the passenger’s approval rating of the airport as its simply another amenity you offer them as part of your airport’s entertainment offering.
I’m still a bit confused though; I have 2 lounges that are genuine mirror images of each other but one of them has a 5* rating and the other one is 4*.
Are they assigned to different airlines? The star rating shown in the lounge pop-up is for the airline the lounge is assigned to.
