So I have 4 bus stops, 3 have queues lower than 100- the forth has a queue of 1200! Is this a glitch?
Very much, yes. What version are you on?
Set your toilet on 2 dollar for a visit, then close the busstop, then open it again, good for your wallet

Latest experimental- but it was a problem before I joined the experimental branch 
The other issue I notice with bus stops is the imbalance of buses going to bus stops. Say you have 4 stops…3 buses will go to one stop and the others get nothing. So the 1st bus empties the stop, the other two leave empty (after clogging the road) and the other stops get to have people waiting.
