That might be totally true for your countries regulations! In Germany, countries in the middle east etc, as an example, only female agents can perform a security check of female individuals (employees or passengers) and vice versa. For other countries, there is no such rule and therefore the "2h rotation" system is in place

What if the runway closure would cause significant impact on revenue? You will have to pay high penalty fees to the airlines blocked for the slot(s), decrease of reputation, additional resources required for disabled aircraft recovery, increased security demand, etc. etc. This would actually add A LOT of depth to the game - surely not in the first alpha release but down to the road
