Movable/draggable info windows

as you see in screenshot, info windows are not movable/draggable, so we can’t see details under the info window and trying to zoom in/out several times for best shot, then, still can’t.

Lets add “portable build window”, have us a build window where we can fast select last 6? items we used, to reuse.

Or copy paste? Just select the thing you want, copy it, and you can go on with your regular business

Copy/paste would be nice too, I have a game somewhere that has a SHIFT click on an object, then you are building that object again.
