Hello, for some reason i cant connect my security checkpoints to the small aircraft stands, if you know what to do, pls let me know. thanks.

Hello, are you sure the stands are marked as commercial? If yes, you need to connect the stands with a boarding desk because the security is only connected when you have a connected boarding desk. If that doesnt works that is an issue. If you can, share a screenshot.
make sure the security zone is zone all the way between checkpoints and the stand.
Can you make a printscreen for us, so we have a better understanding of your airport?

thanks for everything, but the only thing i had to do was reset my save.
