If there are suggestions being take on improving staff hiring (because I know I would like to be able to hire more at once), I think it would be easier to just have people offer themselves up (a lot more than 5 at a time PLEASE!) and then they have a drop-down where we select what position to hire them into. I get quite a few of staff whos stats aren’t what I want for what they are applying, but would be perfectly suited for another job. In the real world, jobs are offered in this manner quite often. Why not grab up a great employee when they may be better suited in a different area rather than reject them altogether.
Maybe this could also save A TON of time when hiring for larger airports. Please? Please more than 5 at a time? Anything?
