Anybody else just receive a new update for experimental for that was exactly 41.3 MB as of 11:30 Pacific standard time.

Me too, if it hepls, probably not but still. 
I do see vehicles can now be broken. Some menu’s have been shifted like the vehicles and staff.
We discovered a small issue with the flight planner. Once this is fixed we will redeploy and share patch notes.
