No bug report possible, no sound no structures being delivered

Hey,

Let me get to the point directly.

  • When games starts there is no sound. When I click “audio settings” immediately it turns on the music (only).

  • The bug report form is not working. It says “Cannot connect to server…” “Error: 500 ( no connection to server)”.

  • When the game starts my contractors start building the delivered structures. After a few minutes no more structures are being delivered. I cant build anymore.

I would love to play again.

Hey, this all sounds very strange. What are your hardware specs? What version of the game are you playing?
