New Player. Not sure if this has been answered elsewhere.
Havent experience this issue until I tried building an International Airport.
Zones look correct, Passengers can get off planes, pick up baggage and leave the airport without issue, but no passengers come to the airport via car, taxi or subway.
Every plane leaves empty after a full turnaround.

You need to build more transit structures.
Are your check in desks properly connected and do you have enough of them?
Thanks, that was exactly the problem. Added 6 more subway stations and now 5000 passengers show up.

Yup. The big birds put a lot of stress on airports.
