Overbuilding existing structures

Description:
When building a building or anything, you have to remove the existing fence/wall or whatever before being able to build over it. The idea is to have some way of placing a building, that automatically deletes the structures over which you build it. At the moment removing fences and existing walls is time-consuming when wanting to extend your airport.

Why it should be implemented:

Makes it easier to extend or upgrade the airport, consume less time removing placed fences and walls.

Agree with this. There could be some overbuild automated like fences and hedges maybe.

A notificarion first would be helpfull to remind the player about removing other stuff.

Make sure only certain things can be overwritten!

While this is a cool idea, and one that could improve the way people build, this should be, and if implemented, will be an extremely low priority upgrade in comparison to other projects.
