Sorry to revive a old topic. I found this when I am searching for answers to why people would seat far away from their gate. It seems like the bug is still there?
I use only gate seatings, but people seem to favour a certain group of seatings over the other, even though it is further away from the gate. It’s okay for the pax to roam around the airport, I think this is more realistic especially with food and shops. But why are they seating at the other end of the terminal?
