Passengers & Staff Lost - Service Round

Hi,

So lately I have been having two issues,

I’ll start off with the Domestic Baggage area the passengers and staff stand and stating that they cannot move however they should as they exited a secure zone. Some times if I place the area secure they move around but get stuck again but it shouldn’t happen either way because they went through the exit.

Secondly I having issues with Service Round I have marked secure path from the terminal to the Service Car Stops the problem is the car is going to the stand however a Ramp Agent is not. I have even put a office beside the service stops as suggested IG however didn’t seem to work.

Does anyone spot what I did wrong or doing wrong.

I have fixed the service round turns out it was too far from the terminal.

However as for Domestic Baggage the Passengers are collecting the luggage however some staff are getting stuck.
