Passengers instead of boarding the plane wait in line perpendicular to the jetway and they board really slowly (like 1 every 15 minutes). It doesn’t always do it, sometimes most passengers get it easily and then the last 6/7 stay outside. I really can’t figure out what the problem is.
Jetway is on the second floor (The one above the ground level). Does anybody know whats going on?
Hello and welcome to the forums. Did you have any issues before you built the jetways? Can you share next time this happens but with zones enabled. It’s also strange they are queued behind the boarding desk and in a straight line. They normally like to amble in groups in front of.
There is only the one boarding desk? There is not one left over from ground floor boarding? It does not look like there is but? Can you show a little zoomed out too and the floor below as well?
There is no bording desk at the bottom floor, also on the left side in the middle is doing the same thing
The flow of passengers in the airport should be: enter from the ground floor, go upster to check in, then on the bottom there are the two medium security checks. Then you have 5 jetways on the top floor, one walking gate at the ground floor and then a shuttle bus underground. But it’s not really relevant I think
