Poor security can cause a on board issue or crash…as of now what use is all the baggage scanners…If i did not use them would one of my planes blow up.
Poor deicing due to no training or attitude can cause the place issues.
Poor baggage handles cause complaints lowering airport satisfaction so it makes you to hire wisely vs,just anybody.
Poor “face” personnel with bad attitudes cause delay and passenger complaints.
Why have employee skill levels “green and red bars” if it does not matter and has no affect.

Staff abilities will eventually affect staff performance. The game is still in development after all. The staff abilities do affect the performance of security staff as of the latest default version.
