Questions about Satisfaction Ratings?

What affects each of the satisfaction ratings? For example, I know that Airlines love it when their flights are not delayed and hate it when they are. But how about general aviation? Does the fees you charge affect them? How about whether or not your stands/runways/taxiways are paved? etc…

And what does that satisfaction rating affect? Does having a better GA satisfaction increase the number of planes that want to use your airport?

i know my GA rating drops when i increase my fees, and less GA planes come when GA rating drops. I’ve also noticed a drop in GA rating if the GA flights have to stand in line to take off.
