Hi. I am in a strange situation where my game can’t find new mods that I have installed, and it continues to find mods that I have deleted.
I have started new games as well and still having the same problem
Can anyone help?

Workshop or native mods?
if its steam workshop mods, did you completely exit out of ACEO and then restart it after changing subscription status? Also steam apparently only allows so many subscription businesses. If you have a lot of subscription, the newer posted subscription will not show the contracts in the game. So you will need to unsubscribe to some subscription until you can get the contract for the newer posted subscriptions to show up.
It’s workshop mods. I’ve tried the restarting bit.
