Rent for airline lounges

Charging Rent for Aircraft Lounges:

They mandate space, which requires construction, likely outside the usual airport terminals with foundation at 1k/square. How are we not allowed to charge them

Description:

At the very least a small fee related to area, perhaps more lucrative contracts per plane based on space (which it may already do)

Why it should be implemented:

Foundation space is pricey to build, and costs money to maintain. Why should the airlines have free rent?

Don’t worry, lounges will have a purpose in the future. They just haven’t been fully implemented yet.

Do Lounges have a purpose yet?

To be honest, I don’t know. It’s been a long time, but I don’t recall any updates that would make lounges profitable or at least make the airline rating improve.

Sadly, no changes yet.
