A stand without a jetway would have people walking into the terminal using the crossing. ive noticed many times or literally all the time that the service cars just go over them. I havent really got an idea how to overcome this but it is something which should be considered to improve the realism of the game.

This also happens on regular road crossings. It is something the devs will work on, but there are bigger bugs to work out of the game.
Don’t worry it is normal thing. Currently vehicles and passengers are not aware of each other so they pass through each other.

@EG0611 I’m sure Universe is aware of that. He just likes to get more realism added into the game, so he’s doing a suggestion to the devs.
