So my problem is that the passengers won’t leave that area and I am not sure why. Help would be gratefully appreciated.
They can’t access to security station. Make sure you have one, have enough security staff and be activated.

im pretty sure small station requires one security staff, and medium requires 4, correct?
correct, but you should have double the number cause they work in shifts.
The issue was I was under staffed thanks for the help
