More advanced staff management
With this you could assign staff to certain places, tell staff to go to the staff rooms or help passengers etc. You could also send them to training or give them warnings etc for not doing their job.
This should be added as sometimes staff don’t go ti the desired place you want them to go, it can also allow you to up their stats and have a better rating for your airport.
