Stand, Baggage Bay & Baggage claim area

Hi,
Is it necessary to have:
Number of stand = Number of Baggage Bay = Baggage claim area…?

Regards,
Sunil

You can connect multiple (even all) stands to the same baggage bay

No it is not.

You can have single or multiple # of stands
You can have single or multiple # of baggage bays
You can have single or multiple # of baggage claim areas.

Just be sure to connect stands, baggage bays and claim areas with each other.

It’s not necessary, but as you play the game longer you will notice certain optimum numbers
I mean, you could have 20 medium aircraft simultaneously use the same cargo bay, but you will soon notice that you get delays

So experiment with it

Well there are a few relations to mention, please correct me if I am wrong:

One baggage claim area can serve one baggage bay and the other way around (1:1 relation)
One baggage bay can server more stands, but a stand can only connect to 1 baggage bay
One baggage bay can serve more check-in desks, but a check-in desk can only connect to 1 baggage bay.
