Suggestion: Different types of PAX (depending on airline) and their behavior

Short summary: since we are experiencing some odd situations regarding shop and restaurant visitation behavior it would be nice, if there were some differences in the PAx arriving/departing from the airport and their preferred locations to shop/eat.

First, we might differentiate between business PAX and tourists (with the odd ones visiting families).

In my view, a business traveller might want to have a proper meal between air transit and arriving at his location so he might be more interested in eating than in buying souvenirs and duty-free stuff. He might be interested in newsstands and might prefer a proper restaurant over a burger joint so visiting other tiers of shops/restaurants. In terms of leaving the airport, he would most likely arrive and leave via taxi or train.

A tourist might want to have something to eat while waiting for his flight and buy duty free stuff upon arrival. They might prefer lower tier restaurants and depending on their wealth either shop only a book or newspaper or go nuts at the duty free shop. Arriving/leaving the airport would be mostly by bus, train or private car (Short/long term parking).

The different airlines cater a different type of customer. Havanna Air for instance tells us they haul low bugdet tourists so I would expect lots of persons going to cafes burger joints and visiting duty free shops selling liquors, tobacco, jewellery or souvenirs. They won’t most likely visit an expensive restaurant, however. Olympus Airways however is upper class and might deliver PAX with other requirements. So making a contract with an airline should be meaningful in regards of departure/arrival at airport and shopping behavior.
