can you tell me the advantage of baggage loading, ramp agents, baggage belts…? i know, it’s a better service but do i earn more money or do i increase my reputation at the moment? I still get 3 Star contract offers without it and my reputation is still 98%.

Currently there is no in game benefit to having baggage handling aside from your own personal satisfaction and realism
The devs have said in future they will have an impact, and there was a thread with almost the same question as yours, where this was discussed. I’m trying to find it and I’ll edit it in if I do
