I have problem how this tree remove.
The normal bulldoze tool should do it. You might need to put some road back in afterwards though.
Had this with foundation and taxiways too, bugreports are weeks old.

Yeah this bug is a strange and quite rare one… not sure what’s causing it as it should be impossible™… 
Can’t say that it’s too prioritized though, will most likely get squashed when weather and environment systems are overhauled in an upcoming update.
