Can anyone help me out on this one? Do i need to build many public transport facilities when queues start to exist or is there another solution?

Use subways, as much as they’ll still queue at these (oddly) they have unlimited capacity and don’t need a road connection, also they can be placed inside buildings.

Thank you for your response. Would your suggestion be to remove all other public transport services and parking lots?

Depends on your taste, you can keep the buses and parking lots. they don’t generate a lot of traffic, but I recommend avoiding the car and taxi dropoffs, they generate lots of traffic with little benefit.
