This route generator sounds fantastic, and hopefully with the right algorithm you’ll end up with some realistic operations. It would be nice to see some more unusual airports appear. Airlines like Ryanair do use small airports and it wouldn’t be outwith the realms of possibility for one of these small airfields to start hosting occasional flights from time to time. It would be a good surprise to get a rare flight to somewhere unusual rather than just to the big hubs.
I have to say the bag tag looks brilliant. You’ve touched on it already, but remember that airports tat are outwith the EU don’t have the green borders on the baggage tags. So it would definitely make sense to have plain white labels where they’re needed (and let’s not worry about the UK for the moment!).
I think the flight planner looks good and easy to use.

first of all, great progress
secondly, with the generation of flights - and I hope I didn’t miss the answer in another thread - will “our” airport eventually grow into a transfer-possible airport that airlines might use as a hub respectively pax transferring between airlines? this would, of course, impact the baggage processing, as the “source” of the baggage would not only be the check-in counter, but also inbound aircrafts.

Essentially, this part is important:
Ultimately, I want the routes generation to consider…
The airport’s location (down to the exact coordinates) in the world
The airport’s runway sizes
The airline’s home country and continent
The airline’s home country and continent in relation to the airport’s home country and continent
The airline’s size and business type (cheap, exclusive, freight)
… and in the future perhaps even geopolitical stuff like international relations and incidents. Dream big…
