According to the Executive screen:
COO - required for R&D project.
Strategy Director - required to unlock franchise R&D
Procurement Director - required to unlock advanced R&D

None of the above is true. I was able to unlock all these with only a CEO. It is true, these execs offer some other cost-saving advantages.

Yeah, I mentioned this to Olof about this awhile ago too. All they do is save money in a few places now.

The question also is - what will happen with all advanced options once you fire all of them due to cost cutting. :smiley:
