“Failed to retrieve Steam Workshop items”

I was trying to enable some mods I had previously used (TAME airline and ACEOMM South American businesses) when this error came up. I’ve restarted both the game and Steam, unsubscribed and then subscribed again to the mods and nothing seems to fix it. Any ideas?

The Steam Workshop sometimes creates some issues when mods are updated, renamed or otherwise changed. If you navigate to:

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Apoapsis Studios\Airport CEO\Mods

you could try and manually delete the mods affected there and try subscribing again.

I was going to try that but the folder is empty.
